Even the coffee isn't helping my mood this morning. How is it my boy Levi can bust a move 3 years in a row winning the Tour of California and he doesn't even get a front page mention on CCN, MSNBC or BBC?
Not just that but in an event attended by an estimated 2 million people, watched world wide in over a dozen countries, how come the winner only gets $14,000? PATHETIC. Compared to many other sports that require a LOT less effort, ability and skill this is a freaking depressing statistic. Either way, big props to Levi for number 3.
Probably the same reason there was a huge article about NASCAR the day after the race in Rochester. UGH.
